Food Preference Survey

Send this food preference survey to your trip participants so you can better understand your group’s dietary needs – it is much easier to anticipate your groups eating habits before selecting your menu.  Have your trip participants return the survey to you so that you can use the information to select the appropriate menu for your group.

Menu Details

Please fill out the menu details form in order to start the menu planning process.  This is where you will indicate the number of portions, days and make general foodpack requests.  From this form you will be able to select your menu – either use a sample menu as is, modify a sample menu or build your own.

Food Container Worksheet

Please fill out this form if you are supplying any of your own boats.  This will allow us to make sure you have the carrying capacity for the foodpack.
