When your shuttle drivers arrive, they will help organize the group and gear for loading.  They will have a good idea how to load the gear into the truck and may ask one or more of your group to come on board and help move large items.  Usually,

boxes and coolers are loaded first, then rafts, and the groovers last (they change the atmosphere in the truck....  If you have special considerations (such as someone’s boat getting dropped off at Peach Springs), please discuss this with the driver before loading.  The load goes quickly when all hands are on deck.  Unless you’ve made other arrangements, PRO will bring a fresh lunch and a coolers of iced still & sparkling water.
